Pre-purchased Elsweyr on wrong xbox account

I've just realised i made a mistake and i pre-purchased Elsweyr on the wrong xbox account (i have two but one i don't use) and so i think i can play the new Elsweyr content on my usual account but i haven't received the pre-purchase bonuses. Is there a way i can switch the purchase to my main current account or not?
I've submitted a ticket, number is 190605-000728

Or am i stuck with asking Microsoft for a refund but then i would lose the pre-purchase bonuses anyway.

So it says in store that I have Elsweyr purchased and installed but when I try to travel there in game it's saying I need to upgrade. Wtf is going on, please help

Customer support would be unable to switch Elsweyr to a different Xbox account. To help resolve this issue you will need to contact Xbox Support.

Ok thanks. Xbox only offer a refund which would mean I lose all the pre purchase bonuses so I might as well wait until it's free on ESO plus in that case.
