Which version for new elsweyr update?

I have older version of Tamriel unlimited which doesn’t include Summerset or Warden class. When I go to crown store for update there is a pre-sale $39.99 basic upgrade for elsweyr. My question is which version do I need to get to get all the old/new content? I have eso plus as well. Thanks for the help—also, I want it to be all digital and not have to load from dvd.
