Eso+ Member it works on my low level character who has only done some of the summerset quests (closing portals is where she is in quest line)

The Quest sends me to Grahtwood, but the actual marker is in Daggerfall. Minor Issue but working now.

Yeah I thought it was just me. I got the free scroll from the crown store, used it, but no quest given. Thought I might of been lagging or bugged. Deleted the item. Now the crown store says I already have one.

Not for me on Xbox One, my quest log says he's in Grahtwood so I travel there and the quest icon tells me to jump on the cart to Belkarth, huh strange but okay I'll do that maybe he's in the star-gazers observatory. Nope not in Belkarth either, the quest icon now tells me to jump pack on the cart and head to Wayrest. Head to Wayrest turns out he's not there either, according to the map he's now in Glenumbra, after a quick scour of the map it turns out he's back in the Daggerfall Mages Guild! Which is not what my journal says but okay, the thing that really annoys me though is I started off in Daggerfall before I had to trek around the continent thanks to a dodgy quest log when it turns out he was just a few hundred yards up the road to begin with.

He is, turned out I had the wrong building on the map but now I can't edit my comment, it's not allowing me the option to change it and say that he is in fact in Daggerfall Castle talking to Tharayya.

Yeah, that’ll do it. Once you complete that quest, you should be good to go.

My problem is the other way around. I have completed the Elsweyr preview (which was awesome, by the way) but now, I have finished the "Castle of the Worm" but I don't get the banekin coming up to tell me to go see Tharn at the mage's guild to start "The Tharn Speaks". I have been to every starter city, every mages guild, been in and out of Davon's Watch more times than I care to think about. and a few other cities, with no luck, and even removed my add-ons to see if they were causing problems. I wasted 3/4 of a grand experience scroll running around looking for the banekin. Not happy about that.
Any thoughts/assistance?

Had the same problem yesterday. I eventually worked out my problem after several trips back and forth from the mages guild and Daggerfall castle. It seems if you are doing the main quest where Abnur is in the mages guild the quest won't active with a quest marker. I deleted the quest I got from the store. Then completed the quest with Abnur in the mages guild. Then accepted the quest from the store which activated it and gave me a quest marker in the Daggerfall castle.
Hope this fixes your problem

@ZOS_GinaBruno Yeah.. still no resolution or even response on this. I cannot proceed with the main questline, which is my main way of leveling/skillpoints on new character. I put a support ticket in, but because it's a gameplay issue, it got kicked over to 'Feedback', and we know what the priority is on that. So I am stalled on my leveling AND lost a grand experience scroll.
I will keep bumping the support ticket so it doesn't reach the "It's been four days so we're closing this"
