ESO XBOX NA down??

I was modifying CP when I got disconnected and now I cannot reconnect. It keeps saying "Connection to server timed out." So it isn't Xbox Live or the internet connections.

It’s eso crap servers. They have been having issues for the last week and now with the DLC it’s even worse and they don’t care. No mods have responded to any forums questions in over a month now.

It's not even letting me launch the game. Xbox service for purchased content is down which seems to be what's driving this.
