Consumables crafting writs not appearing for some characters after update

Anyone else getting this? I have a couple of crafters where the consumables crafting writs do not show up. Both are certified in all crafts with quite a few points in the relevant trees and have no writs left uncompleted.

I had same issue with toons I was SURE had certified. I was wrong. Certified (again?) and all is well.
