RIP Raid night
No ETA is better than a ETA. I don't get why people want a ETA in the first place... its going to lead to disappointment when it doesn't happen.

We're continuing to work on the other platforms and servers.
I've only seen PC and ps servers mentioned, does this affect Xbox too?

ok, how many "few minutes" more??? it is now more than 20 minutes from your post...
They never said which few minutes
Well, that's the danger in giving ETAs. Sometimes poop happens, and then we have a new ETA.
At this time (dare I say it), we have no ETA. We're still working on a resolution, and will continue to keep you updated!
lol @ this coming from an actual ZOS admin.
The point of an ETA (Estimated time of arrival) is to give the consumer a reasonable expectation of when their purchased product will be shipped.
when I buy a package, there is an ETA on when I'll get it. Of course the package could be damaged, could be lost, the driver could die, the plane could crash, the world could end!!!! However that doesn't justify refraining from giving ETAs.
ZOS doesn't understand the point of why people give out ETAs lol. It's to let your consumers know when they can expect to have something, even if the ETA changes like it did this time it's better to at least have an ETA than none at all.
This isn't no mans sky or whatever, the world isn't going to end if you mess up on your ETA. We'd just like to get an ETA and have a public goal set of when it should be done.
Except if they do give ETAs as they've done once today and it goes by without being correct then lot of people start raging again and complaining. Easiest way to handle PR (not necessarily the best, just easiest) is to give no ETA and therefore no expectations.

@ZOS_GinaBruno
Gina, please can you advise the technical support specialists that are working on this problem that I am now leaving the office after 10hrs at work.
I will be stopping st Sainsburys, a large supermarket chain, and purchasing some beer and a cold bottle of white wine for this evening to drink whilst I level my Stamina NB.
I should be home and ready to start doing this in precisely 1hr 15minutes.
I will be very upset if the issue is not resolved by that time, so much so, that I may well have to indulge in a second glass of wine.
Don't make me have a second glass of wine Gina! It's on your and their heads!
