After last night character gone

After i got kicked from the north american sever last night,couldnt get back in for maintance
When i finaly get back in my character got deleted or missing either way cant play with him was forced to make new charather i also bought something on the crown store for 500 but didnt get that back with new character so please give me my characther back or atleast the crowns or item i lost from the crown store

Sound like you are on the EU server. Just switch back if so.

Nope i im on the american server i did check the eu server to see if the charater is there but nothing

To prevent this from happening in the future, I would suggest making another character or two so you don't lose your stuff from the crown store or your crowns.

When you buy a horse or motif or costume its only for that one charater so that wouldnt work unless some upgrade bundle
