Pre ordered TESOTU and got nothing. No pre order bonus. No imperial either
I have pre ordered and got the regular edition. I have a few friends with the same problem. Is this happening anyone else? Could you please look into it for us. I can give you their psn names too. Apart from all that great game and much smoother launch than I expected. I still can play the game but I want a horse.

Draxeus1Soul ShrivenI pre order too, when you were in the game did you try pressing and holding down on the touch pad? If not then try that as that is how you summon your horse

ImpactzzSoul ShrivenSame thing for me too I pre-ordered Elder Scrolls Online: Tamriel Unlimited Imperial Edition and didn't get any of the items at all. Glad to know theres other people having the same problem as me.

Yeah me too and bought crowns 24 hours ago that I haven't received hope they fix this soon I just want a horse!!!!!

Yea I tried everything. Even deleted and reinstalled after. Still nothing. No horse in stable either for 1 gold.any word on a fix coming out.0

I pre ordered the game as well, and nothing came! But after incremental patch 1.00.5 (the most recent patch for Xbox and PS4) the Things that came with pre ordering the game came. Maybe you need to update the game?
