Im the type that plays hardcore and loves endgame plays, i don't like playing casual so thats not really an option.
So my first hardcore guild left because the guild leader got stuck on the level 20 main quest for 2 weeks and couldn't get to VR areas, so the majority left the game because of its buggy state and crappy customer support.
The second guild had a top hardcore guild in SWTOR and GW2 but the ones in ESO were lacking these skills. Only a few came to ESO so I couldn't run hardcore there.
Third group was a pvp group, the top in Wabbajack (for my alliance), but the guys there left because of the lag and bugs, so i can't run with them anymore and i don't like the zerg type of play.
Fourth group was a PvE group, we ran the top times for DC, pretty much the best ones who could rival Alacrity, if we only had a dedicated group and didn't have to re-explain the fights for new people every time we run it.
But the leader just left, probably because of the bugs which were frustrating because doing a top time wasn't about being better, it was about being lucky.
Since then i've been doing runs with randoms who can't get past the third boss in AA and who wipes on the second boss. Which is frustrating as i'm trying to get the Aether set. I like this game, despite its bugs and lags I find the game style enjoyable, ever since Skyrim bugged out my 70 hour save file completely i haven't been able to play a game like this.
RIght now, there is only one group of players in Daggerfall who can beat trials but how long will this last?
Whats the point of this thread? Nothing, just sharing my pessimistic view and experiences of this game. If you want, you can be pessimistic and depressed with me.
At the moment I don't mind the F2P/P2P hybrid SWTOR created, just as long as more people join and i can do stuff in this game.
