Hello All,

Is it possible for my character to walk/ride to a different faction's kingdom?

    Nope, simple as that. you need to finish the main quest first.

    Yes you can. However...

    You know when you started your character the first day you played ESO, and you woke up in a room having just washed up after a storm and you had to track down the guy/gal who found you?

    Expect to do that again, for each faction, as you progress through the Vet ranks.

    Do I start out at 1st level again, or do the quests level with your character?
