Where is the ESO Stream?

I'm home sick, was going to be the first time I've ever been able to watch an ESO stream, and it isn't even up.

Definitely WAS NOT there when I posted, but I guess at least they updated somewhere.

It was there from an hour ago. We saw it our end about 3:55pm UK time. About 5 minutes before it was meant to start.
