Has split stack changed?

I play on PC, using mouse and keyboard. It always used to be when I right-clicked an item and selected 'split stack' the menu would come up with the amount already selected, so I just had to type in the number I wanted. Recently (not sure when exactly) that changed and now I have to highlight the default amount to change it. It's a very minor change, but annoying when I'm splitting stuff up to list on my guild store, meaning I'm doing it multiple times in a row.

Does anyone know if this is a universal change ZOS have made? If not it might be something in my settings or an addon which I can change back, although I haven't seen anything like that.

Never really noticed since I don't split multiple stacks at once. Just went in game and tried. I have to either click after the amount showed and backspace to clear it, then type the amount I want or (as I think you are talking about) have to highlight the amount and type over it. No inventory add ons and I'm on PC with mouse and keyboard like you. Hope that helps.

I play on PC with mouse and keyboard too, afaik I don't have any addons that affect "split stack" and nothing has changed in the way that it works, for me at least.

This is what I've always seen after right clicking and picking split stack......

I don't think that's the base-game behavior. So the question is, what addon was doing that, and why did it stop working.

I have both mentioned variants on my alts from time to time. For years. The alts have different sets of addons.
So I guess it is an addon. I don't know which one.

I hadn't thought of the possibility of an addon causing it, I don't have any which I know affect that menu, but maybe something's been added since I installed it or it's happening unexpectedly.

When I have more time I'll have a look through their settings, but for now here's a list of addons I think could be doing it:

Arkadius' Trade Tools
Azurah
Craft Store
No Auto Pinned Golden Pursuits (only on the list because I got it around the time this started)
Sort by Quality
Tamriel Trade Center
Votan's Crafting Quick Access

And others I have installed which are unlikely to affect it:

Decluttered Scrying Leads
Inventory Insight
IsJusta Favorite Collectibles

I also have Quest Map installed but switched off almost all the time, so it can't be that.
