I noticed this while re-decorating my home. When I placed training dummy, it can't be used. It is also shown as doubled when you try to move it as shown in the picture. I tried different dummies, in different homes, without addons, game restarted.. still the same problem occurs.

So you can place the dummy but not use it. Maybe take a quick look into this, hopefully some small bug you can fix soon.
