PS5/NA- How can I already have the Sea and Sword Lodge skyshard?

I entered the delve for the first time today. I found the skyshard, but but couldn't get because for some reason, I already have it. When I checked the zone map, it says I have all 18 skyshard in Solstice -- even the newly opened section of the map. I haven't explored the new part yet, and I already have the skyshards? How is that possible?
