There are no two bosses - it is impossible to close the achievement.

The two bosses, Watcher Zvarbin and Scamp Champion Doov, do not spawn in camps. No matter how many times I asked in guilds and in zone chat, very few people not have these bosses in their achievements and they did not know where to look for them since they did not spawn in camps. There was speculation that they would be in the second phase of the event, but they are not there. From which it follows that it is impossible to completely close the achievement.

✭✭✭✭✭technically the achievement is completed if you kill at least 15 of them, and theres far more than 15
but i would agree that it is bugged that those enemies are not spawning as i have never seen either of them either, and ive done around 50 total siege campsplays PC/NA

i have my main house (grand topal hideaway) listed in the housing tours, it has multiple target dummies, scribing altar, and grandmaster stations (in progress being filled out), as well as almost every antiquity furnishing on display to preview them
