Writhing Wall Siege Camp Enemies Despawning

Issue is just like it sounds; tiny Coldharbour anchors drop, enemies spawn in, then despawn within a couple seconds.

Kiyakotari✭✭✭✭✭North siege camp is also acting buggy. Bonfire has been lit up blue for over half an hour. Enemies spawned in, but not even long enough for anyone to hit them before they despawned. PC-NA.0 -
