    It came back as an informal tie-in to Oktoberfest. As there's another drinking holiday coming up, it might not be a terrible idea to budget the crowns just in case.

    There are also the holiday Butterscotch Ale/Clover Lawn dye stamps which are a fantastic look even for the most sober Altmer.

    i mean i wish they bring it back im new to the game and "i want that personality for my NB haha.sadly we sont have idea if they gonna bring it back or its discontinued !

    Yesterday I was in a pug where the argonian healer was using this. It was awesome! I'd love to see more players using personalities, and many more personalities. World would seem much more lively and diverse.
