How do we do the "Complete 5 Weekly Endeavors" golden pursuit when duration is showing as 3 weeks?

One of the Golden Pursuits now on PC "live" is: "Complete 5 Weekly Endeavors." The Golden Pursuit screen is showing a duration of 21 days. How can we complete 5 weekly endeavors in 3 weeks? What am I missing?
