Shadow of Sancre Tor bug

I ran in to a bug with 2 of my characters. At the end of the quest when I have to use Ring of Stendarr's Mercy to open the door it says "Item not ready" (press "E" to use it). I waited for a while, tried to weapon swap and cast skill but it said Item not ready. Only solution was to relog on my character (force quited the game and restarted). Then i was able to open the door.

✭Can confirm, had this happen to me a few weeks ago while levelling an alt. That was before Dragonhold launched, though.0 -
