Currently forums have red banner advising investigation of NA server login issues. Just thought I'd post to say it's an issue on the EU server also.

I logged in fine approx 7 hours ago, but for the last hour I can't. Splash screen (where you enter credentials) loads up with scrolling banner at the bottom as usual but can't go further

I too am having problems logging in to the EU server and receiving the same error message (103)!

I had a problem yesterday morning while attempting to log in and play Fishing Planet on Steam, as did many other players.
I spent much of the day trying to get online and corresponding with technical support staff, before the game suddenly allowed us back in yesterday evening. I was told that while many players could still log into the game it was mostly UK Virgin Media customers who were having issues as many people using other ISP's or a VPN could access the server and play just fine!

As I can see from our ESO guild discord channel that there are still many players logged into ESO and not having any issues, after what happened yesterday I suspect that Virgin Media and other ISP's in the US have been targeted, preventing certain players from logging into the game. It may not be related to or the same issues for ZOS and ESO, but the timing and similarities appear to be strikingly close!

    Greetings,

With there already being a thread opened on this subject here, we're going to go ahead and close this one down.

    Thank you for understanding.
