So probably close to a year ago I noticed the waterfall in the back room of the Erstwhile Sanctuary has stopped working. I figured it was an update that occurred and would sort itself out in time. Well it hasn't and I'd like for it to be fixed as it's a key element of the room. I have reached out to customer support and they instructed me to remove all my add ons and repair my game/verify the files. I did this and it did not fix the issue. When I visit other's Erstwhile Sanctuary's the waterfall is also not working in their home. Even visiting the home if you haven't purchased it yet, the waterfall is not working. I will attach some pictures to show where exactly it is I'am talking about. Where the beam of light is, is where the waterfall used to be.
