Hi,

I've first created a service ticket, but have gotten pretty much blown off so I'm hoping to widen the net to get someone to look at this.

I have been storing fragments in a housing container. It has worked fine for years.

Today something weird I noticed. I'm not sure when this occurred, but I thought (mistakenly) that it would be something ZOS would be able to recognize and fix right away.

I had:

4 Arena Gladiator's Proof's
115 Siege of Cyrodiil Merit's

Now it shows that I still have that number (you can see the bound number container amount showing 4 and 115, respectively). But I can only remove one of each. I need help fixing this. I'll provide the same screenshots I provided support here, as proof.

I think anyone who sees how much tel var I have,
how many dailies I've completed, would come to the determination that me having only one of each is pretty ludicrous.

I performed the troubleshooting they asked, although I was pretty sure it wouldn't do anything (removing addon folder/doing a repair).

I'm super upset how this has been handled. That is 115 daily rewards I lost to a programming bug and, instead of help, I've received someone describing the problem as proof there isn't a problem.

I would appreciate some assistance please!

    an addon that shows the total quantity of items is Inventory Insight. If you really had one Merit left, the addon would immediately update the number and show that you have 1, not 115. So you're looking in the wrong chest.
    unrealistic variant: you are faced with a combination of two bugs. the first bug removed your items, the second bug - the addon does not update the quantity.

    Also, just in case it isn't clear... I had 115 I had 4. This isn't me seeing a number and not understanding it. I had them and they are missing.

    And so others understand that symbol, ESO (not an addon) shows the number of items bound to your account. It will have a symbol to show where the bound item is located. Bank symbol for bank, bag for inventory and that symbol shown in the screenshot means those are in a a container. That exact screenshot shows they are in another container. The bug is they are not. And should be there.

    So, I went through two tiers of support who both said I only have one of each bound to my account. My case has been escalated... so I will hold out hope it was some person at ZOS that did this.

    I went to another house, laid down all the containers and low and behold, I found the other missing items in another container. I grouped them to the first container and now everything is great. So initial problem fixed, but I'll pursue the other issue... which is that multiple representatives couldn't support me on it. I'll answer any questions if ZOS wants to look into the technical side of what happened, otherwise you may close this thread. Thanks!

    No worries, again I appreciate your help. I'm talking with support on the issue. It wasn't just that it was going into a different house. The original house it was missing and leaves a mystery. Don't know if something was messed up by search or something.
