Social ban, unknown reason
Hello,
on 2nd December I found that I could not use the guild trader or send mail or trade with other players. This occurred without explanation so I spent a significant amount of time trying to work out which addons were causing the issue. It was only through extensive searching and communication with other guild members through Discord that I came to realised I'd been hit with a Social Ban.
What I don't understand why Crown gifting is not affected by this.
So I would like you to deal with this issue or at least like to know how I may have broken ZOS's terms of service to receive this ban and how long it will continue for.
