old Beta account here, still got my old monkey, still got the loyalty program rewards, still got 4 max level characters of every class with max crafting rank on every craft. still had 4 mule storage characters from before.

last things I had done before I stopped playing, conquering all the original trials on hardmode. I was there when we genuinely though that the Possessed Manticore fight at the opening of SO was genuinely impossible and had some hidden mechanic that no one could decipher..

Well a few weeks ago I decided to Re DL on my current computer. I remember the lighting changes had rendered my old PC into a state where it struggled with the settings maxed, kind of not a issue here... I played through the entire Halloween event which was fun. reupped on ESO+ (I was there when it was required subscription to play!) and watched as my old Materials storage characters became pointless. I have been slowly going through and getting rid of some of my old gear.. some i will keep because, ya OG trial gold drops, some of it is still good at 140. I have rapidly passed the Champion point cap I once struggled to reach. I have.... utterly confused myself with WHY THE HELL DID I HAVE SO MUCH SEIGE EQUIPMENT?! I finally farmed a new set of gear for my first official sorc character who is as old as the games launch itself (mostly for fun combo of Storm-Cursed and Thundercaller). yesterday, I joined a nSO run and laughed as we rushed through it like it was a regular dungeon (that damage shield spam is crazy!)

Overall I am having a genuine blast.. I love my 2 new companions, mostly the cat because he just face tanks almost anything. I deleted one of the no longer needed storage characters and made a new sorc to replay the story, was surprised by the new starting area, which

today, I was amazed again... my forum account still has links to topics from 2013! I would like to say I am not as cringe as I was then... but...lol. reading through some of those topics, I have no idea what I was talking about in some cases...
