PS5 [NA] - Can't connect to server

Yes. I got booted from PS-NA a few minutes ago. I checked the internet connection — and that was fine. I’ve tried restarting the app, connecting to the Ps-EU server — got login fail due to unexpected internal error. I tried restarting PS, but no luck there either.

Same here. It tells me I'm in a 5 second queue and it never lets me in.

Same. Login queue for "1 second", then Login Failed.

Queue has disappeared for me, but just endless process until "Internal Error Has Occurred"

So I tried login to PS/EU, and I'm getting the same LOGIN FAILED message

Checked Discord, and my guild chat is full of messages from guild members all saying they have been kicked and are unable to log back in.

I was on and my game for some reason wasn’t letting me select anything in world so I tried logging to see if that would fix but now I am getting the same internal error/endless load and cannot get back on.

Since you need to do maintenance now just do it all and skip the one later.

@ZOS_Kevin So does that mean that the regularly scheduled maintenance has been pushed up ahead of schedule? That's kinda how it reads, but experience tells me not to assume anything.

No, this was an unexpected maintenance due to a hardware issue. Not related to scheduled maintenance. We are working to resolve this now.
