Anyone else having login issues with PS-EU?

I was playing Elder Scrolls Online on PS-EU and when switching characters I couldn't login any longer. Getting Error 301 Unable to connect to server. Even a full restart didn't help. I checked my internet connection and that is working fine. Anyone else having this problem?

    Just heard from a friend that it might be a PSN issue as other online games are also having login issues.

    PSN issue seems to have been resolved. I can login to Elder Scrolls Online again.
