Scalecaller Peak dungeon - "joining encounter in progress" bug

After you kill Zaan you can't leave the room, despite being out of combat: once you appear outside, you're immediately pulled inside again while the message "Joining Encounter in progress" is displayed.
I thought this bug would be fixed with U34 but, no.
Please fix this ZOS, it's been around long enough.
