Unexpected crowns bug -- need admin's advice

Don't know where to ask about this, but hopefully I get an answer here.

When I logged in today for a daily reward and to do a dungeon, I went to browse crown store updates and only then noticed that I have 1800 crowns on my account. But I haven't been buying any crowns lately, and before that (I even have a screenshot dated July 20th 2024 to prove it) I had 1050 crowns, leftovers from purchases some years prior, since I've been playing this game since 2016.

That means that between 20th of July and today September 6th 750 crowns have been added from out of nowhere. And I noticed it today.
Do I need to open a ticket to find out how and why it happened, or can I receive a consultation here?

I definitely DO NOT want to take advantage of this if it's a bug or some strange occurence that I had nothing to do with.

There were two dungeons given away this month, and I've already had them in my possession from years before, but I know there usually is no crowns compensation for giveaway dlcs that people already have. I've had Clockwork City one and Orsinium as well when they were given out for free and there were no new crowns on my account after it.

I'd like to know how it happened now. @ZOS_Kevin @ZOS_Phoenix Could it be a bug?
