''and all previous Deluxe in-game items.'' from the other DLCs for $11 now. I could easily do that. For the The Elder Scrolls Online Deluxe Collection Gold Road. It looks like it does,
I think this means all Deluxe cosmetics in all the previous DLCs also.

All previous Deluxe in-game items are enough more entertainment. Instead of giving to charity when I'm dead, contributing to the gaming industry.

And will the DLCs on Black Friday be -60% Crowns from example 3k Crowns?

If it's going to eventually be -60% a year from now, I could wait. It's at -35% off now. Any shares? Thanks. If I wait until like four months for a Black Friday for -60% off. If you know it already, it would help me.

I don’t remember but I feel like there are typically Black Friday sales that are larger, but honestly it’s $11 nowadays that’s like 1-2 fast food meals depending on where you go lol

60% off of $79.99= $31.99 I think the 60% from a Google Search means that this is $31.99 instead of $79.99-$31.99= $48.
$51.99-$31.99=$20 saving a $20.

Necrom is worth how many Crowns????????????????
3500 Crowns for Necrom!!!!!!!!! div 1650 crowns $15 per month= 2.12 $30. It requires three months to get over 3500 Crowns.

With the $38.99 The Elder Scrolls Online Collection: Gold Road, yet I want the Deluxe with it; so, $51.99 I would be buying the two newest chapters for like $20 each.

Bit early to be worrying about Black Friday deals yet.

What does [in] stand for? Inquiry? Why not use our God (blessed be his name) given right to use a question mark? Pretty sure excessive use of punctuation like "!!!!!!!!" and "????????" is a cardinal sin so you might want to repent soon.

Anyway every year the latest chapter goes on 50% sale in September and then 67% sale in December.

"[in]" means inside my documents on my computer. When I add "[in]", it means that I made info inside on the document instead of just text explaining it's not inside the document.

How odd. Never ran across that particular usage before, and I've been using a computer since 1985, and online since the early 90s.

Anyway, @kevkj gave you the answer. There are really large discounts during the 4th quarter of the year.

see steamdb by chapters name(not eso, just chapters name) to get some idea about when and with how much discount sales go.

I'll kind of go along with TaSheen that the usage is an odd one (I might have a few extra years).

If I get the gist of the question correctly, yes, there probably will be pretty deep retail discounts on Gold Road stuff on Black Friday (or Black Fredas, as the case may be), although ZOS doesn't generally announce the details of sales officially until just before they happen. But expect a sale for Black Friday/Cyber Monday, another during the New Life Festival and maybe something between those two. Standard Collections are generally in the ~$20 price range (a bit more for Deluxe) and Upgrades are generally in the ~$15 price range (a bit more for Deluxe). The base-game is usually around $6 a few days each month, so probably nothing special on that end of things, but crowns are usually discounted during New Life.

If you're looking for the absolute lowest price on Collections or Upgrades, keep an eye for sales after the next chapter is announced. Jester's Festival and Anniversary Celebration sales are almost always the lowest prices of the year, but those sales will be on the previous year's chapter stuff because the current year's chapter will be available as a pre-order.
I'm fresh out of outrage, but I could muster up some amused annoyance if required.

the Gold Road chapter upgrade and collection will likely be 50% off during the Fallen Leaves of West Weald event in Late September.
