How long does support take?
Ticket has been in since 1st. Got a response on the 3rd and the 4th. The one on the 4th basically said.. verify your account, we send password reset, and you regain access to your account.
Did not work at all. Haven’t heard a word since, is there a way to check status on it? Seemed like they were quick with the initial replies then it all stopped.
