Ticket has been in since 1st. Got a response on the 3rd and the 4th. The one on the 4th basically said.. verify your account, we send password reset, and you regain access to your account.

Did not work at all. Haven’t heard a word since, is there a way to check status on it? Seemed like they were quick with the initial replies then it all stopped.

Slight slight repost, think I originally posted in the wrong area..

    Hey - seems like I FINALLY got told what’s up with my account. Took too long. Now it seems like it’s almost the same thing again with the waiting. I don’t really get how the ticket over account issues could not be at least higher in the priority after it’s been at least 2 weeks? I’ve been done with what support said to do. 🤷‍♀️
