TESO hangs whole pc on loading screen.

Good day. Need some advices.

Im a returning player, havent played for about 8 months.
After installing the updates, my game successfully starts but pressing LOGIN on main screen makes my whole PC hang.

I tried removing mods/addons, repairing game, reinstalling game. PC is not overclocked (doesnt support overclocking). All drivers are latest.

My PC is same with last time when game was successfully running.
Only thing that changed is Windows got some seasonal updates + regular nvidia driver updates (Windows 11 Enterprise 24H2)

In event viewer I see messages like this:

Forgot to mention. Somehow game did successfully load 2 times, but thats about it.

Just in case someone has same problem and searches the internet: After some hours of checking here and there, I was able to run game using iGPU.
Turned out, problem is related to Nvidia driver/driver settings and some combination of in-game graphic settings.
