Account Hacked, need urgent help for it to be restored

hello, i have long time to log ingame in my account and today i received a random email from bethesda that my email on the account was changed and it was hacked, can you help me restore my account please

Digielf✭✭✭the email address of the hacker was "azuretiger730@gmail.com" (the one that they changed my account) and ip address 112.208.182.77

Digielf✭✭✭My ticket reference number form the bethesda account site is "240707-001137" but i used my bethesda account to make that ticket, i had also made one before from the elder scrolls online site but that one i cant view cause i had made it without being logged in since i dont have access to my elder scrolls online accountOld TESO Player0
