Near the blacksmithing station in Skingrad, there was a glowing note on a bookcase, right where my cursor is pointing here:



It says "Dabienne's Note," but when you interact with it, it just fades away and does not bring up a note for you to read. It also does not add a quest item or inventory item that I have seen. I don't think I got the "lorebook found" notification in the corner when I read it, either. Even more oddly, it reappeared, glowing again, about 5 minutes later. I interacted with it again, and got the same behavior.

The only missions I have accepted in West Weald are the one that leads you to the daily questgivers (completed that one), and The Second Era of Scribing, which I picked up from a note near the wayshrine, but have not progressed on yet. There was no questmarker icon above it.

It just reappeared a third time as I composed this, so here's an image of the interactable note:



I assume this is not intended behavior. If anyone knows what Eidedic Memory category it would fall under, I can check to see if it has appeared there. I don't have time at the moment to dig through there in search of it.
