404 Page Not Found when trying to view a support ticket **SOLVED**

I just submitted a ticket. But yet when I try to view it I get 404 Page not found.
So was my ticket actually submitted or not?

    @Lillisia seems like we do see the ticket on our end. We do need some time to fully review and investigate, so please give some time for that. However, not sure why you cannot see it on your end or is erroring. But we have noted this occurrence with your ticket as well.

    Well since it disappeared on my end I went ahead and made a new one @ZOS_Kevin. Ticket # 240502-004785. And has way more info provided with it.

    I also sent you a forum mail showing you what I see on the Support page. It clearly does not show ticket # there. Just the new one I just made. *shrugs* Your guess is as good as mine .

    It seems that opening up another ticket after the first one disappeared due to the 404 Page Not Found issue can cause confusion within Customer Support and cause them to see it as multiple people making claims about the same account which ends in them deactivating your account even after you provide them proof of everything.

    Do they even look at the File attachments that you send in with the ticket?

    It is recommended that you update the first ticket and not open new tickets for the same issue.

    I have never had a ticket disappear so I am not sure what is happening. Is it possible you have multiple accounts yourself and are submitting and viewing on different ones?

    Thank You for your input but I already knew that and did try to respond back to it via email.

    I also couldn't update the first ticket from the MY SUPPORT page because the ticket wasn't even showing on the MY Support page. You can't respond to something you can't see. Hence why I made a whole new ticket.

    Neither have I until now. And to your question... I can only imagine that you are just trying to be helpful and I appreciate that But I will take a hard pass on sharing that information.

    And this person got the same email response I did to my 1st ticket that disappeared from the My Support page when I tired to respond back to the email I received from Support concerning it. Look at their last post.

    Usually when you create a ticket, then you will also get a copy sent to your email and can answer from email when you can not see your ticket on account.

    Have you checked your email which you registered this ZoS/ESO game account with if there is any email with your ticket?
