Again, again and again... Today I've played a bit of Cyrodiil and now I just noticed I was muted, couldn't buy something in the guild traders nor access my guild banks. I never tbag people and I barely talk in chat as I play on controller, even so muted again. Probably I should start tbagging everyone, as I will be social muted anyway. I would really be happy doing that with some people but I hold myself, as I got business to do as a very active trader and got guilds to manage.

    But still missed nearly half of my daily writs today, due to that social mute, which probably caused me around 5m worth in losses not being able to resupply my toons with needed mats to craft and because I could've started doing dailies earlier. I can't list my goodies in the guild store. I'm losing sales!

    Today I was running after Emperor and as I had encountered the same group of AD before, trying to gatekeep me from my objective. Well, they couldn't hold me and my team for long, so they gave up. That led me to think If some bad actors had mass reported me and that triggered the system to social mute me. That would be a lame system, letting bad actors communicating with themselves and plot something evil. Those kinds of people, trying to sabotage others game, adds nothing to the community and some of them keep it up being sustained by buying gold from unofficial sources. I would like, if that is the case, something could be done around this issue. I wish @ZOS_Kevin, as the spokesperson of the community, to be informed of this case.
    I know the game has a ton of flaws but still is the game I love, and I try as much as I can to support. I even bought Gold Road basic pack directly from Bethesda store this time because I've noticed that would be a better way to give my support, even though I could buy the Deluxe edition from Steam for cheaper than what I've spent in the original store. I wish you to know that many families assisted by Brazilian government survive with the price I've paid in that expansion, so you have an idea of how hard the effort is I've been doing to keep this up, and there is no better proof of my care for the game.
    I could already have gone the wrong ways to keep my ESO plus up at all times, but here I stand not being corrupted. I just stop subbing when the times are harder here and then, as soon as it is possible for me, I sub again. It is in my plan to sub directly from the website from now on for the same reason I bought Gold Road there, even if it is kind of more expensive than Steam.
    I just wish ZOS had shared the same care for me as a customer as I share for ESO. I've lost the count of how many times I got social muted and had all my game frozen. And the main problem is the support just answer that they made some adjustments in my account so I'm able to play again. I don't even get notified why this keeps happening and if there is something I can do about.

    I took your time to ask for something and kind of complain a bit. Now I must take some time to thank you.
    I received the answer I needed. The support told me the social mute can happen when there is anything out of common, but this is meant to protect the player's account. They didn't tell exactly what triggered the mute, but I can imagine many things, and the most notable change, in the same day I got muted, I deleted a couple characters (I had too many Dks in my account).
    I am satisfied, and now that I got this info, I can stop sculpting theories if that happens again, and will be more patient while the team does their investigation. *feels safer now*

    Well. It looks like I am a blessed being. It is kind of funny (I want to die to be honest). Was doing my writs then I needed some mats then I noticed I got muted again. At first, I thought it was due a quite decent transaction in gold I made to buy some crown stuff and missing mundus stones from my guildhall, as they are on sale right now. Then... other five accounts were locked out too, while I was doing daily writs. My connection looks unstable today. got dced a couple times. That happened before.
    Tonight, I got a Godslayer core, and we are almost getting it. I promised my core pals Heroism potions, like I usually do in my cores. I grind hard on the game to grant me and my friends some comfort and supply. Looks like not tonight...
