My Xbox account was suspended due to the PTR issues. Am I not included in compensation?
I assume I'm having this problem because my accounts are linked. My Xbox account is the main account I play on, I've only ever really used my PC account to hop on PTR to see new stuff. But, looking at the update message, I only see compensation and extensions for PC servers when my Xbox account is currently missing out too. I've seen at least one other person with this issue as well. It's not fair.
My ticket hasn't been responded to so far. Number is 240416-002918. Gamertag is same as here.
