Cyrodiil crashing and rolling back all day

Everyone in Cyrodiil has been crashing all together at the same time, and when we come back in the scrolls reset to a few hours prior.

@ZOS_Kevin @ZOS_GinaBruno is anyone aware of this and working on it?
