So after it downloaded the update I proceded to log in but just after pressing log in button the screen is freezing and in task manager says "Not responding"

    Yes PC and I was finally able to log in to game.

    Trouble shooting steps I performed -
    1. Cleared temp files after closing Steam
    2. Released IP by
    ipconfig /release
    
    3. Restarted PC
    4. Flushed DNS with
    ipconfig /flushdns
    
    5. Repaired ESO through launcher

    After repair I was able to log into it
