Guardian of Pestilence crashed my game?

Anyone else run into an issue trying to use “Pestilence Eruption” in the Infinite archive? I just started a run, went to trigger the synergy and it completely froze my game and crashed.
Playing on PS5 NA server.

It's not the Guardian of Pestilence. It's the instability of the game ! This game often crashes for no reason, whatever you are doing, also standing in Vivec City... My game frozes and then crashes mostly when I pass a door, or when I go in a house, or when I change character... but it crashes also when I'm selling something at a vendor... I've uninstalled and reinstalled the game, but it is the same...

i havent noticed any stability issues in the archive (and i frequently select guardian of pestilence verse lol)

usually pretty rare i experience any kind of hard game crashes

I've been in the last two evenings and used ratty alot and not had any issues
