As title states.

Crafting Motif 40: Order of the Hour Daggers show as unlearned even though I have them learned and have the achievement.
I logged out and logged back in, this did not solve the issue.

I had this same issue a couple months ago with one of the hews bane mofifs. I purchased it again, and was able to consume "learn" it, with no affect (becaues I aleady had them learned), but it was in fact consumed.

I imagine the same would happen with the order of the hour daggers

The outfit style and achievement are account wide, but motifs are character bound, so you might have learned the daggers on a different character.
It is possible to find which motifs your character has consumed somewhere in the shalidors library lorebooks list.

I purchased most of these, including daggers this morning on my main/crafter. The character I used to take the screenshots is also the one who can craft these.

I logged into all my toons. None of them have the daggers learned, except one of the first characters I made years ago, he was also the only character I did quests for in the gold coast (where order of the hour drops from).

He has it learned.
