Getting kicked from ESO ONLY in raids.

Hello, I've had a problem for the past few months that's really frustrating. I play this game every day, been playing since 2015 and never had this problem. If I play the game normally, doing dungeons, questing, doing the writs etc it's fine. Once I get inside a trial I get kicked out occasionally. Yesterday we were doing vMoL and I wasn't kicked in the first 2 bosses. Only on Rakkat and the mobs prior to Rakkat I started getting kicked out every 5-10 minutes. It's been happening lately. Also happened during vAS, vHoF and vKA. On those 3 other instances however, I disabled all addons and I was NOT kicked again. But yesterday, even after disabling all addons I was STILL kicked countless times. No warning. The game just freezes and I'm kicked out. My ping was "normal", or "eso normal" (99-150 with the highest being 200, which happens sometimes but doesn't prompt a kick).
Anyone know what this might be? I would believe it's my internet but I'm only kicked during trials. ONLY during trials. Not even on PvP. JUST TRIALS. (excluding vMA). Anyone have this problem? I hate to keep people waiting and having my guildmates wait for me every 5-10 minutes was extremely awkward.

I'm having the same problem.
I tried to play with friends vHoF and vSS and my screen freezes and I'm out. It happens just in trials and i dont know why!

From my experience's with this it had to do with my Internet connection not being able to handle all the traffic from a Trial. Turned out to be the Router and not my Internet specifically.

I upgraded my Router to a high end Gaming Router and no more issues at all.
