PC NA server down?

Did the PC NA server just go down? My ISP connection is obviously fine as I can get on internet and speedtest says working perfectly.

✭✭It's not down. I just got stuck in one of those major game crashes that won't let you log back in for 5-10 minutes. Constant error 103 and 201 for 5-10 minutes after the crash.1 -
