Hi all.
Actually the problem is in the description - Avast deleted eso64.exe.
How to restore without reinstalling the game?

    could try a repair i guess after starting game through steam not sure if it will work though

    Does Avast actually delete this, or just move it into a "safe place"? If the latter, it might be possible to just copy it back, if you can find it or tell Avast to do it

    It puts all items deemed hazardious into the "virus vault" so they can be recorded and said data is sent back to the HQ, after which the virus in the vault is then purged after X days based on user settings
