I'm on the PC EU server in PvE and am experiencing huge spikes in latency since the update this afternoon. I've tried it without add-ons enabled and the problem is still there. The usual latency is double what it usually is and is often x4. I'm currently in Shadowfen and entering a town saw a spike to 999 and then stayed at 960 for a while. Shadowfen isn't usually all that populated (I'm assuming) and I had no add-ons running. Swapping bars or firing skills has at least a second delay. I didn't think that this could be related to the PVP testing started today, but if it is, it's not functional.
