I'm sure I got muted because of ping or addons because that already happened before. And I always try my best to help people. I haven't done anything to deserve that. Please help me. I can't live without guild bank, store, trade and mail functions. Ticket number # 231114-004341

    This bug happens from the vampire skill mist form, if you have high latency.

    starting to think its because I don't have money to renew my subscription every month. What I've already spent on the game is not enough

    Yesterday right before entering a trial carry I was able to retrieve materials to improve equipment. Then 40 minutes later, when finished the trial I noticed I couldn't deliver the trial gear to the customer. Do you understand how serious is this?? I got locked in the middle of a carry. How am I going to play my game with this kind of stuff happening? Please make adjustments to my account again. They said it was done some time ago...
