Rescue Anais Velmont pointer bug

As you see on screenshot the quest pointer directs properly to a doors up the Cliff when I'm on the bottom, but after I reached that platform or the wooden bridge above, the quest pointer showed me the way back into the grotto tunnels.
I found the Walks Softly standing near the doors and when I enter the doors the quest followed properly.
It's just misleading with the pointers, first time doing this quest I turned back and went into the tunnels then again reached the top to the doors, just to find the issue repeating again and again.

This actually happens with a lot of quests.

Just like when you're trying to turn in your daily quests in Vivec city. It tells you to go upstairs then tells you to go downstairs.

I've seen it in other zones as well.

"it just works" 😂🤣 at least ESO is mostly functioning unlike Skyrim or FallOut 4 on console w/o bug fixing mods or access to the in game console commands 😂🤣

Six years later this is still broken, and the quest marker does not show up on the door you're supposed to unlock to get her. incredibly annoying.
