Master writs can't be completed

I recorded a video of the problem I caught up with. I made the items exactly as writ asked me to, three times, but the task was not completed. This is so weird.

    that's horrifying. Perhaps travel to another zone to see if that updates the quest?

    Come visit Karth's Glitter Box, Khajiit's home. Fully stocked guild hall done in sleek Khajiit stylings, with Grand Master Stations, Transmute, Scribing, Trial Dummies, etc. Also has 2 full bowling alleys, nightclub, and floating maze over Wrothgar.

    I've tried all sorts of things, but nothing has fixed the problem. Since today's endeavor is to complete a Durable Master Writ, I've wasted several writs on this issue and none of them have been successfully completed.

    This is absolutely unacceptable.

    You have 2 notifications there, were they perhaps UI errors? perhaps they indicate something that stopped your UI from updating

    I talked to Rolis with the item in my bag and I couldn't deliver it. It's not a UI bug.

    Your item is bound. As far as i know bound items do not count for writ quests. I might be wrong though.

    1. The Writ asks for a Purple, Epic quality garment but ...
    2. You improve it to a Gold, Legendary quality one.

    No, they only improve to Epic. The gold cuirass shown is the preview of what they would get if they did another upgrade, but they stop.

    The gold is the upgrade preview, the gear is purple, and it's displayed on the right side of the screen ...

    Thanks for the info, that's a possible reason. I will verify it as soon as maintenance is over.

    As I said, my playback is blurred, so I am not sure. I did one playback on the slowest speed & to me, it looked like the crafting of the Gold update went ahead, then it followed into another garment being crafted.

    Purely circumstantial but if the garment had been placed on a char - by accident - it could explain why it is bound.

    Either way, I hope the mystery is solved & if not, take out a Ticket. Good luck :)

    I tested it after the maintenance was completed and you are right! Although the rule seems a bit strange — binding items and delivering writs don't seem to conflict to me — it's not a bug. Appreciate all your help!
