Level 50 Hero and the NEW Class Achievement are not syncing

Can you please take at a look at my posts #35 and #36 and at the Screenshots I posted in this thread https://forums.elderscrollsonline.com/en/discussion/643030/account-wide-rewards/p2 ?

Something isn't right about the 2 achievements.

How is it even possible for the same character to hit level 50 on 9/16/2016 and then hit Level 50 again on 9/10/2023?

The reason is that the "Get to Lv 50 with a [class]" achievements didn't exist 7 years ago, and were awarded to you first when you logged in with that character the day of the patch since they were added on that date.

Trying to retrofit everything would require a new program to be invented that would trawl through your characters to see what character got the old "reach level 50" achievement (and that character may not exist for some people if it was deleted), and even then that only gives one character information - the information for the dates other characters got to 50 was deleted when Account-Wide Achievements became a thing. In short, it's improbably difficult if not impossible to award those 'properly.'

Fortunately, the date doesn't mean a thing except that you logged into that character after the achievements were added in U39, so for 99% of the playerbase, they all have the release date of U39 as the date of that achevement.

I wish they could have searched through the past achievements to assign the correct date to these new class achievements. I guess it was just easier to look at each character when you logged in after the patch and go “look it’s a sorcerer” and boom, there’s the achievement.

achievement timestamps are based on when they are awarded, the class achievements did not even exist until U39 so you couldnt have them award prior to that

there is no "sync" issue because each achievement is a completely separate flag, and you can only be awarded it when it actually exists

the one for having a character reach level 50 has existed since the game launched, so you could have an earn date all the way back then

the class achievements were not added until U39, therefore it is impossible to have an earn date on the achievement prior to august 21 (PC) or sept 5 (console)

you were instantly awarded the class one because you already met the requirements when the achievements were added, that goes for all of the class achievements, it is 100% separate and unrelated to the original achievement for reaching level 50 on your first character on the account
