Sanity's edge both tanks getting ice XBOX

So before the patch this week, tanks with active taunts did not get ice in vSE/Hm on first boss. Now it is happening so frequently that the majority of the time, both tanks, with wamasu up and both taunts active are getting ice. WHY in the heck was this pushed through? Additionally, if it was a known bug on the PTS, why was it allowed to be pushed to other platforms?

I feel you... Such a frustrating bug. I'm playing on PS5 and without any add ons which precall the ice cages, the VSE HM prog is such a gambling on console compairing to PC. For endgamers the new raid content (the first boss) with this bug is nearly not playable. When the tank also eats up the heal debuff of the main boss and then gets the ice cage, the healers are desperate to heal the main tank to free him of the ice cave. Or like mistereegirl mentionend above, when both tanks got ice cage? This is not a playable and challenging mechanic. It's a known bug in a game we are paying each month and payed for the new chaptor. And so I would like to ask ZOS which new content is left for PVE engamers??? The Elder scrolls online has become a totally meme for just bad management decisions and I doubt that the devs have any contact to players who really play the game, as well as he endgame and hard mode content.

this has been a bug on PC since U39 release, the only thing we know is that its going to be fixed in the next patch, which likely wont be until sept 18th (for PC at least, not sure if that patch day will be the same for consoles)
