Unusually high ping and skill delay on PC EU?

As the title says. I've been encountering unusally high ping, as well as my guildies. Normally my ping is around 70-80, 100 in Cyrodiil. Now it is constantly 500+, no matter the zone. Mostly i encountered it in Reaper's March, but also in home instances (Moon Sugar Meadow) too. Skills are delayed also.

Anyone else suffering of this?

    I have this, but only in Vivec for some reason. Went from vivec to trial - all good, back - ping, ported to high isle - good...

    I've been experiencing it too. I live in Sweden. Ping has been fluctuating between normal and +999 this evening. Very odd.

    I'm connecting to PC EU from US southwest. While my ping is running about 800 (satellite issue), I'm not having any skill delays.

    I'm connecting from somewhere in the EU via a VPN, and I haven't noticed any problems today.

    I had some yesterday, but I assumed that was just me being clumsy :)

    No skill delays with a ping of 800? I’m calling bs. Why do people get in here and post made up or totally false claims?!
